WAD LeadLab Intro

The West-Central Africa Division (WAD) introduced LeadLab during its Leadership Summit from August 21 to 24. LeadLab is a leadership development initiative launched by the Global Leadership Institute (GLI). About 140 pastors and administrators joined online for the WAD LeadLab Intro.

“I wouldn’t mind listening to it over and over again,” shared one of the participants after the program had ended. Participants were inspired as they discussed in groups and listened to practical presentations. One participant shared how the most impacting aspect of the LeadLab Intro was to “…reaffirm that leadership is not disconnected from Spiritual life.”

The WAD LeadLab Growth Series is scheduled to launch in February 2024. Please join us in prayer for the leaders who will join.
