From 2020 to now the LeadLab training was sponsored by the General Conference. Now the cost may have to be born by the field requesting the service.

A professional certificate is issued to active participants who have completed the LeadLab Growth Series and its requirements. In addition, for those who want to go deeper, three graduate academic credits can be arranged by the participating Division or field through the School of Leadership at Andrews University for a nominal fee. These credits are transferrable into an academic certificate, a master’s or doctoral leadership programs at participating universities. To earn academic credit, participants must be actively involved in all LeadLab sessions, the weekly learning group, engage in an application project and write a reflective report.
